Hello, my name is Brooklyn, and I wanted to take a moment to share just how wonderful every single person at AXIA is.
Here's a little bit of my backstory. I was born with a structural problem in my bladder that affected my chances of ever getting pregnant. I struggled with fertility issues for six and a half years. Multiple specialists told my mom and me that I would likely never be able to get pregnant, and that if I ever did, it would probably require IVF.
So when March 29, 2025 came around, I wasn’t expecting anything different.

Pregnant, incredibly sick, and unsure of what the future would hold, she felt the heavy weight of fear and loneliness pressing down. Her mother was a single mom working night shifts as a nurse, and did everything she could to support Tyea--but it just wasn’t enough. Tyea’s nausea was relentless, her body was weak, and depression crept in as the reality of a teenage pregnancy settled over her.
