We also offer doula services (birth coaches), transportation to medical care, parenting preparation, and adoption counseling. We encourage our moms, whether they choose to parent or place for adoption. We provide support and resources along the parenting or adoption journey.
Our residents can also continue to work on their education through a self-paced curriculum, which allows them to receive their high school diploma if they haven’t already. GED and college preparation courses are also available through community programs.
Our home also provides a traditional family atmosphere. We have meals as a family, attend church on Sunday morning together, enjoy evening game and movie nights, fun outings, devotions, Bible studies, and more.
Fatherheart residents experience community with other women in similar situations.
NOTE: Currently, we cannot accept residents into the maternity home who have other children residing with them.
