Gratitude and Growth

We are immensely grateful for the initiative at our Axia Center—a vibrant group for Spanish-speaking moms that has quickly become a treasured community. Here, courageous women find a safe and nurturing environment to share their stories, find acceptance, and receive the vital support they need.

Each meeting is a celebration of fellowship, featuring shared meals and devotionals that enrich their spiritual and communal bonds. We also offer educational parenting videos in Spanish, providing guidance and support on their motherhood journey. It’s a special opportunity for these moms to connect, share, and grow together in their native language.

One story that stands out is that of Rosa, a dedicated mother whose commitment to the group is inspiring. She’s often the first to arrive, eagerly anticipating each gathering. Our team recently discovered that Rosa and her children were sleeping without proper beds. We’ve been able to provide Rosa with a new bed, and bed frames for her children, drastically improving their home life.

The Axia Center is making a profound difference in the lives of these mothers and their families. We are deeply thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this vital ministry, as we continue to uphold the Biblical call to ‘defend the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and love the foreigner residing among us by providing them with food and clothing’ (Deuteronomy 10:18).

Thank you for joining us on this journey.

“He defends the cause of the fatherless and widow and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing.” Deuteronomy 10:18
