Offering the same resources and care as the AXIA Pregnancy Resource Center, the Mobile PRC brings free services right to your own community. At the Mobile PRC you can get a free, confidential pregnancy test by a Registered Nurse.
If your pregnancy test is positive, you can receive a free, limited ultrasound during your first trimester. A licensed sonographer can confirm the location of your baby, it’s viability, and the gestation of the baby in your womb.
You’ll find trained advocates who will make your visit a comfortable experience. You also receive other free resources, information, and programs available to you at the AXIA Center.
